I'm taking this week off for vacation and will see you next year! (That's always fun to say :-))

HERE'S HOW TO PLAY WITH ME IN 2026:

On January 5th, 2026 you can join me in creating Vision Cards for the New Year, Year of the Fire Horse! We will be playing with easy mixed media techniques including collage, watercolor, pencil, acrylic inks and more to make a set of unique-to-you Vision Cards for you to write the highlights of the life you'd like to create in 2026! No experience necessary! This is a once a week class, running for four weeks (7:30-9:00pm ET every Monday night starting January 5th) and the total is $140.

Over the holiday break, I will be refining the language on my coaching page to better reflect how I've come to coach over the past few years. I was trained as an Equine Gestalt Coach and continue to draw from the foundation that was so life changing for me, but my approach has become more gentle and less directive over time. So many of us don't need more intensity in our lives, we need less: less noise and less pressure. We are looking for someone who can offer a calm and attentive presence. I've been, and will continue to be, creating a grounded and supportive space where clients can settle and hear their own Inner Voice. This same intention carries through my work with neurofeedback and Reiki—both are quiet, supportive ways of helping the nervous system settle and restore balance, without force or effort.

Also, I’ve been feeling into the possibility of a monthly, in-person open hours day—unstructured time to slow down, walk the land, paint or draw, read, have lunch with a friend, pet animals, bring a blanket and sit in the sun, or do nothing at all. No fixing, no expectations—just being on quiet land near the animals. More soon.

Thank you all for being here with me this year, it's been a wild ride for many of us with so many ups and downs. I'm very much looking forward to a happy and healthy 2026!
