I guess Snickers is NOT pregnant. Darn.

Snickers: Drama Queen Extraordinaire!

Well you guys, Monday, March 2, 2020 came and went and Snickers still has shown zero signs of being pregnant.

Again.

For the third year in a row.

Now, due dates in goats are kind of like people's, give or take a few days but seriously, not one sign other than a little belly.

She is a naughty, naughty goat and likes to pretend just so she can get in on the extra grain that the pregnant moms eat! Then she gains weight of course, fooling us even more!

Ah well. We love her anyway! She is the Queen of the Herd and a Drama Queen, as you can see from the photo above, and she will stay with us, babies or no.

The photo was taken last weekend when we were doing shots and trimming feet. She thrashed around like we were killing her. Brad is a bit bruised from her shenanigans and you can see me holding her back feet until she calmed down a bit—she was kicking out and yelling! She's our biggest goat but luckily still small enough to handle. I think I will clicker train them all this year to walk up on the milking stand and stand for their feet trimming. Holding them this way is not sustainable! ;-)
