An ode to my funny little bathroom

This morning I was taking a shower and, as I often do, feeling a lot of gratitude toward my little private bathroom. I was mentally singing her praises and I thought I would share my silly thoughts :-)

Oh, my private bathroom, I love you so!
You are Lilliputian in size but you are mine alone.
Your little window opens to view
my goats, sheep, dogs, birds, & horses…ooooooo!
A lovely lock keeps everyone at bay,
so I don’t have to say, “Go away!”
I decorated your walls with art and shelves to hold my odds and ends, including a hatbox for toilet paper that makes me smile every time I see it.
Your 1980s corner shower is the perfect size for me!
And your pink floor tiles and walls makes me feel oh so girlie :-)
Maybe best of all is that you’re in my office on a different floor, so no one ever visits you but me!
