About Julia

For as long as I can remember, I’ve understood life through creativity. Whether I’m putting paint on paper or words on a page, that’s where I slow down and hear what I’m really feeling. That’s how I come back to myself.

Art is my native language of healing, and writing is where that healing becomes clear and grounded. These are the two places where I listen inward, where I untangle what I’m carrying, and where I make sense of the quiet truth inside.

Here at The Mother Ranch, I’ve created a small sanctuary where women come to breathe, create, and reconnect with themselves. This place isn’t just a location—it’s a feeling. It’s barn light and horse breath. It’s paper and paint. It’s a place where you can soften and not have to hold it all together.

Through my Women’s Circles and art-centered gatherings, I guide women into a softer, more spacious relationship with themselves—not through pressure or performance, but through presence. When words are hard, the paint speaks. When the mind is noisy, the brush brings silence.

I blend my training in Equine Gestalt Coaching and intuitive creative work with a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom. I’m not here to fix anyone. I’m here to offer space for what already lives inside you to surface with softness and understanding.

At The Mother Ranch, the ponies and mini donkeys lend their grounded presence and steady nervous systems. Online, the act of making these small paintings creates a sense of grounded presence, bringing you into your body and into the moment.

Whether you’re standing in the barn or sitting at your kitchen table, the invitation is the same:

Slow down.
Notice.
Breathe.
See what emerges.

I believe that beauty heals.

And that when we make things with our hands and hearts, we tap into something deeper and wiser inside ourselves.

Payments & Policies

Payments

Preferred payment methods are cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle with no fees. Please contact me for my mailing address if you're mailing a check, or for my Venmo info.

Credit card payments are also available through PayPal with a 3.5% processing fee. Please contact me and I'll send you an invoice through PayPal.

If you ever have a question about payment, just reach out, it's always okay to ask!

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all neurofeedback sessions, Reiki sessions, in-person and phone coaching sessions, and in-person and zoom art classes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at lease 24 hours notice.

Cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

I understand that life happens. In cases of sudden illness, emergencies, or extreme weather, exceptions may be made at my discretion.

Refunds for Events

Your payment reserves your spot in the event (Women's Circles, Meditations with the Herd, etc) Because space is limited and each seat is held just for you:

•All payments are final.

•Payments are non-refundable once registered.

•If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else (please let me know in advance so I can get her any pertinent information about the event.
