Hello friends! Somewhere along the way, life got busy, the years flew by, and suddenly it's harder to find both the friends and the spaces where women can truly connect. Do you see yourself in any of these?

If you nodded "yes" to even one of these, welcome—you've just found your people. This circle will help you get in touch with parts you thought you'd lost for good: play, joy, creativity. All while filling your cup to the brim with good old-fashioned friendship...and of course, ponies, mini donkeys, and goats!

• Details for In-Person:

The circle is once a week, 3 hours each. Each session is 6 weeks long. It's held at The Mother Ranch on Friendship Rd, Apex, North Carolina. 

Weather permitting, we will start outside in the lower pasture, surrounded by the ponies and mini donkeys.

We'll have a grounding/short guided meditation and then catch up with each other's lives. This is a time when everyone gets to truly be heard, no fixing, just heart-centered listening. Sometimes we share big stuff, sometimes small stuff, there are no rules.

Then we head into the studio where I will lead you in creating easy, fun art projects. The biggest concern I hear is, "I can't draw!" No worries, each piece of art that we create will come with a tracing that you can trace onto your paper and then we play with color: acrylic paint, colored pencils, watercolor, acrylic inks, water soluble crayons, and more! This is a time to let go of all the rules "they' say are important and play! My goal is to provide you a safe and welcoming space to explore your creativity. 

I have supplies to share and will also have a short list of supplies that you'll need to buy either locally or online

Wednesday evening is the most popular circle, and seats often fill quickly. Current circle members get first choice to continue, and then I open any remaining spots to new women.

If the Wednesday circle is full, I’d be happy to add you to the waitlist so you’ll be the first to know if a seat opens. Can’t wait? You might also consider the Tuesday Morning Circle (10 am–1 pm), which follows the same flow of connection, critters, and creating or the Monday night online circle!
